Africans decorate their bodies in many different ways. This tour explores temporary adornments like artistic hairstyles and colourful clothing, and more permanent decoration like scarification and lip discs.
Who decides what is attractive?
Where do these traditions come from? Are there perhaps more similarities between Africa and Europe than we might at first think?
