Having a birthday soon? Invite all your friends for a children’s party in the museum! You can choose from two types of parties: a cheerful music party or a pattern specialist party.
Music party
Pattern specialists!
Become a pattern specialist in Wereldmuseum Berg en Dal! First, you and your friends will search for unique shapes, colours, fabrics and artworks during a challenging trip through the museum. Then you will all set to work yourselves. We will design a pattern and print it on bags: block printing! That is an ancient craft seen around the world but one which is still super popular, especially in West Africa. First we will practice and design a pattern, then you’ll make your own trendy bag!
Practical information
Music party
- For children 4 through 12 years of age.
- Duration: 1 hour.
- Costs: €100 for maximum 10 children.
- For adults, the regular entrance fee is charged. The Museum Card is valid here.
- Birthday parties cannot be booked in combination with discount promotions.
Pattern specialists!
- For children 8 through 12 years of age.
- Duration: 1.5 hours.
- Costs: €125 for maximum 10 children.
- For adults, the regular entrance fee is charged. The Museum Card is valid here.
- Birthday parties cannot be booked in combination with discount promotions.
